The Accounting Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be self – motivated and driven to achieve results


Requirements:

Administrative Duties: This position entails the following duties:


Accounts Payable

• Process all accounts payable for the company.

• Manage vendors by collecting W-9s and verifying lienholder information.

• Complete 1099s annually.


Accounts Receivable

• Deposit checks.

• Process all cash receipts for the company.

• Manage collections on customer accounts.


Treasury Management

• Reconcile all transactions from the accounting system to the bank daily.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.


Customer Management

• Communicate with customers at least monthly with statements and invoices.

• Manage contact preference database.

• Collect and track all feeding agreements.


Credit Card Reconciliation

• Manage receipts and reconcile transactions for all executive management credit card purchases.


Compensation Package:
