This is how you will grow:

Responsible for coordinating between the installation contractor, subcontractors, and project management team to ensure effective implementation of project controls.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the installation contractor, subcontractors, and project management team for all project controls activities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of project controls processes and procedures, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.
  • Work closely with the installation contractor and subcontractors to monitor project performance against established baselines and identify variances and trends.
  • Provide support and guidance to the project management team in analyzing project data and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate change control processes, including the review and approval of change requests and the implementation of approved changes.
  • Assist in project planning and forecasting activities by providing input and insights based on project controls data and analysis.
  • Ensure that project controls activities are conducted in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • 5 plus years of experience as a Construction Project Scheduler or equivalent, with strong background of design, procurement, operations and commissioning
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, finance, business or related field preferred
  • Ability to comprehend complex project delivery problems, simplify them, and provide most viable solutions to the stakeholders
  • Ability to influence without authority, self driven, motivated, and committed
  • Knowledge of various contract types
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, practices, and components
  • Highly analytical, versatile, extremely organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to support and provide ‘customer service mentality’ for multiple internal stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work with construction contractors, vendors, and consultants .
