Honest Abe Roofing Orlando is looking to add a Roofing Sales Advisor to our team. As a Roofing Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting roof inspections, presenting roofing solutions, and closing sales. Your goal is to provide a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.
This is a high earning opportunity, our Roofing Sales Advisors earn upwards of $200,000 annually. We provide a vehicle and booked appointments. Roofing experience is not required, we will train the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including leads, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
- Present and explain product options, warranties, and financing plans to customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project completion.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry, you must be a closer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Clean cut and well groomed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and technology.
- Valid drivers license
