In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing enterprise accounts within our Vimeo Enterprise product line. We are looking to hire this position in the greater New York City area.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee accounts within Vimeo's Enterprise product customer base in our Corporate segment, with a goal structure oriented toward expanding these existing relationships
  • Understand and anticipate clients' business needs to drive the success of key accounts
  • Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
  • Proactively manage customer pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Confidently conveying Vimeo's value proposition both in-person and via automation
  • Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to meet clients' evolving needs.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
  • Strong experience retaining and expanding accounts
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
  • Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable

Bonus points for:

  • Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video technologies
  • Knowledge of live streaming technologies
  • Experience carrying a $4MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business
  • Track record of exceeding quotas

Targeted Base Salary Range: $81,900 to $125,500.

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
