Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for title agency with 14 different locations. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, managing content, and assisting with event planning to effectively promote our brand and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Content Management: Assist in the development and management of content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts and website updates
  • Social Media Management: Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events for 14 offices
  • Market Research: Conduct basic market research for 14 offices
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to support overall marketing efforts and initiatives

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not always required
  • Experience: Prior experience in a marketing role or internship is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
