Job Title: Receptionist
Division/Department: Administration
Reports To: Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide frontline support answering phones and greeting visitors.
Maintain records of bus pass sales and ticket distribution
Print daily fare collection reports and maintain audit logs for cash counts.
Issue passes to terminal and customers and maintain records of transactions in ticket book.
Process and distribute incoming mail.
Order office supplies in compliance with requisition and purchasing policies.
Other duties as assigned by the Director.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This job operates in a general office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. All positions are Safety Sensitive and require pre-employment drug testing; background checks; clean driving records and applicants must be able to work flexible shifts.
