Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS #177801. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, helping to bring their ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with experience in using G-Suite programs, Excel, and database management software. A sales background in the sign-making industry is not required, but experience in sales and working in an office environment is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, staff members, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. They will also be expected to have a positive attitude, be the first point of contact for customers requiring help with estimates or orders, and monitor all center email, voice mail, and other incoming sources of communications during business hours.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for executing sales objectives as directed by the franchisee and populated in the Sales and Marketing plan. They will also support all efforts to grow center sales, set priorities to achieve customer satisfaction as defined by brand standards, and follow up with customers after the completion of the sale, installation, or shipment to verify their satisfaction with their purchase.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be friendly, sociable, and outgoing with a positive outlook, and be able to handle stress well. They will also be able to work well under pressure, consistently meet or beat deadlines, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers, staff members, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Have a positive attitude and be the first point of contact for customers requiring help with estimates or orders.
  • Monitor all center email, voice mail, and other incoming sources of communications during business hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred.
  • Impeccable timekeeping and reliability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, sociable, and outgoing with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to handle stress well.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet or beat deadlines.
