Job Title: Associate Director of Facilities

What You'll Do:

  • Primary, direct oversight of maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversight of construction projects, custodial services, and groundskeeping.
  • Ensure facilities are clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure security, safety and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
  • Review, analyze, evaluate, maintain, and manage the vendors, service contracts and RFP process for facilities management.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
  • Experience in a health care environment preferred.
  • Project management preferred.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and preparation.
  • Experience with general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
  • Acute knowledge of and experience with OSHA, ADA, NFPA, fire/life safety and ACHC requirements, as well as IBC.
