Job Summary

The Facility Associate I plays a vital role in the processing and production area of our facility, handling a variety of donated goods and providing excellent customer service on the sales floor. This part-time position offers some benefits and requires passing a background check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating a willingness to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, and standards.
  • Merchandise Stocking: Transport items to and from the sales floor, place items on shelves, face shelves according to display standards, and remove old items from display.
  • Tagging and Pricing: Prepare items for sale by hanging clothing, cleaning items as needed, and tagging, marking, and coding items according to designated prices and types of merchandise.
  • Cash Handling: Assist at the cash register, wrapping or bagging merchandise, and providing carry-out service as needed.
