This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $22 to $35, providing you with the opportunity to shape the growth, resilience, and success of the youth in a supportive and dynamic environment.


We have openings available with hourly rates of ($22-$35)


We are recruiting for various locations in the Metropolitan D.C. area and Baltimore metropolitan area. Kindly specify either Baltimore or Washington D.C. when submitting your application. Compensation:

$22 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute captivating lesson plans for students that align with educational standards in Washington D.C.
  • Ensure a secure and encouraging learning environment for students, prioritizing their well-being and academic achievement.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to cultivate a positive and fruitful learning atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to craft a unified and enriching educational journey for students in Washington D.C.
  • Maintain precise records of student development and engage in effective communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field is required for the Performing Art Instructor role in Washington D.C.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with students and team members.
  • Proficiency in GSuite is necessary, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems is a must.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, is important for this position.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle is a requirement.
  • Completing the Google Docs form sent via email before the initial interview is crucial for the application to be considered valid.
