Reporting to the Director of Customer Development, the Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring an optimal customer experience within the company's unattended retail markets. This role will support the daily operations of our markets and seek to minimize and ensure timely resolution of customer cases to increase satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the efficient operations of unattended retail markets, to include proper restocking and maintenance and technical support of self-pay kiosks
- Support customer support function to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer cases and escalated matters
- Adhere to standardized customer check-ins to nurture a continued positive customer relationship
- Identify and communicate opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in retail operations, customer service or a similar role
- 1+ years' experience with CRM system, Salesforce experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
