Duties

We are seeking ambitious self-starters, who excel at relationship building and can help administrators set and achieve business goals. This is achieved through creating more efficient processes, utilizing business automation and data analysis tools. We desire to empower and mentor childcare Administrators through onsite technical assistance and network support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field required plus two (2) years’ experience
  • Knowledge of the early childhood system, childcare program quality standards, Ohio childcare licensing, and early childhood development necessary
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Valid license; some travel required
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Childcare Management Software experience a plus (Ex: ProCare)
  • Able to analyze business data: income/expenses/FTE
  • Can set SMART goals and work with administrators to achieve them
