Job Description

Computer Support Specialist serves as the foundation to deliver timely, accurate and reliable support for our partner clients at Nemsys. Job duties and responsibilities for this position are intended to help train for more advanced positions within Nemsys, and develop a positive relationship with Nemsys Clients while developing strong teamwork skills with other employees within the company.

Our computer support specialists are responsible for providing positive front-line communication to clients, preparing and building client workstation and network components, qualifying service requests, and maintaining Nemsys service standards. In this role, Computer Support Specialists will develop a strong understanding of the Nemsys process and receive training on Microsoft competencies necessary to provide support for our client partners.

Daily Tasks, Necessary Abilities and Responsibilities

  • Entering time for all activities including co-working assignments and accurate notes in Nemsys proprietary document and service management platforms
  • Answering the phone calls from the Nemsys client support hotline and addressing issues when qualified
  • Working with team members to develop reliable service solutions for the Nemsys client partners

Qualifications

  • Must possess knowledge in:
    • Windows Desktop operating systems
    • Microsoft Office
    • Network File Systems
    • Mac OS
    • Droid Phones
    • Mac Mobile iOS (iPhone, iPad)
    • Network Printing
