Job Description:

The role of Real Estate Sales Manager at CENTURY 21 Edge is pivotal in shaping the future of our agents and our brand. This position calls for a dynamic, charismatic leader whose passion for real estate is matched only by their commitment to developing a top-tier sales force. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in mentoring and empowering agents, both newly licensed and seasoned professionals, to excel across all aspects of real estate transactions. Your leadership will help cultivate an environment where high-performing agents thrive on innovation, market insight, and strategic sales approaches. Compensation:

$83,500 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand a team of Buyer Specialists and Listing Agents, ensuring a balanced approach to all aspects of real estate sales.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to both newly licensed and experienced agents, focusing on all stages of real estate transactions.
  • Drive the team’s performance by setting and monitoring achievable, growth-focused goals.
  • Strategize and oversee the execution of innovative sales strategies to enhance both listing and buyer business.
  • Maintain budget control and optimize expenses related to sales operations.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to continuously adapt and improve team strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through regular professional development sessions and one-on-one coaching.
Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in real estate sales management, with a demonstrated ability to develop agents in both listing and buying.
  • Strong track record of successfully training agents to quickly move from licensure to high-level production.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and sales processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
