HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is energized by connecting talented individuals with their genuine place of purpose at Willmeng by supporting the Talent Acquisition team in full life cycle recruitment.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Supports the sourcing process and engages with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Supports initial candidate screenings and provides recommendations on next steps.
  • Coordinates in person interviews, including booking travel for out-of-town candidates.
  • Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
  • Obtains and records feedback from interviewers in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assists with the creation and positing of job advertisements.
  • Provides support in the set up and maintenance of our applicant tracking system.
  • Provides an exceptional candidate experience from application to signed offer letter.
  • Continuously improves our recruiting processes in response to changing needs, market fluctuations, emerging technology, and best practices.
  • Supports in the organization and deployment of job fair collateral.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar (preferred).
  • You have 1 - 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Assistant, Coordinator, or similar.

  • You assess people well and have an eye for finding unique talents within a diverse candidate pool.
  • You can master systems easily and enjoy improving processes.
  • You are team oriented and enjoy collaborating with others.
  • You are extremely organized and have impeccable follow up.
  • You are an active listener and know your audience well.
