About this Position: 


We are seeking a talented and versatile freelance writer to join Social Driver's marketing team. The primary focus of this role will be to create compelling case studies that showcase our agency's successes and demonstrate the value we provide to our clients. “Transform complexity into clarity” is how we think of our work and what we wish to convey in our case studies. In addition to case studies, the freelance writer may also be responsible for crafting engaging blog posts, email content, or other written work to support our marketing or business development team's efforts.

 

Objectives & Responsibilities: 

  • Research and write in-depth case studies highlighting our agency's successful projects, focusing on the challenges, solutions, and results achieved for our clients.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Director and team members to gather information, testimonials, and data for case studies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our agency's services, target audience, and unique selling propositions to create persuasive content.
  • Write engaging and informative blog posts or other written content on topics related to digital marketing, tailored to our target audiences and optimized for search engines.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.


Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies, blog posts, sales collateral and/or email content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and industry-specific terminology.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, practices, and trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams. 
  • Ability to be available for occasional meetings within the 9am-6pm ET window. 
  • Ability to work within G-suite/Google Docs. 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other similar software
  • Experience with Webflow or other similar software
