The Titan group, a Presidents Council district office (Top 1%) is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established book of business in St Cloud or build an agency in many other locations in the twin cities with an aggressive bonus plan. Due to some agency owner retirements, we have an immediate need to hire and train top sales people to take over these agencies.
The Opportunity:
Come with your passion, ideas, and skills to buy or open an agency with your team to take advantage of bonuses up to 300% of new business sales in the first year Bonuses continue for 3 years plus additional annual and quarterly bonuses.
We have a proven 5-week virtual training program offered by the University of Farmers, an award-winning corporate training organization. The Titan group district office, based in Plymouth, MN, a two-time Presidents Council, and 8-time Topper club district, will provide hands on training in addition to the virtual training to ensure your success. We will train you and your team members for free and assist with all your licensing needs.

You will be able to sell:
Auto and home insurance
Life and financial services
Medicare and pet insurance
Business and workers comp
You will have the ability to broker business rejected by Farmers insurance.
Establish an office, build a team with the option to scale through acquisition, selling in other states or opening multiple offices.
