We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting clients via warm leads to educate, provide quotes, and sell insurance products. This is a primarily home-based role, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, proximate to one of our office locations.
Key Responsibilities- Quote and sell various insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
- Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales by phone or email to prospective clients.
- Attend required training, ongoing training, meetings, one-on-ones, and continued education requirements to maintain an active property and casualty insurance license.
- Demonstrate the advantages of our products, services, and benefits while overcoming objections to purchase.
- Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Experience prioritizing sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
- Ability to explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.

This is a primarily home-based role, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, proximate to one of our office locations. You will spend 80% of your time working from home, with occasional travel to office locations for in-person engagement activities.
Our offices are located in various cities across the United States, including Madison, WI; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Eden Prairie, MN; Keene, NH; St. Joseph, MO; Phoenix, AZ; and Nashville, TN.
