Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, where you'll lead and oversee all aspects of product procurement, sales, and marketing. Your role will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with local customers, including restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. Collaborate with our expert team to provide innovative solutions, improve operations, and help our customers achieve their dreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach staff members. Manage performance and resolve issues to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and vendors, responding to inquiries promptly and accurately. Conduct product presentations and tastings to attract and retain customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to enhance financial performance. Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and manage proprietary inventory efficiently.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute annual marketing programs. Participate in food shows, promotions, and new product launches. Lead strategic bid analysis for large potential and existing customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures. Contribute to the strategic direction and performance evaluation of the company.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish procedures to increase department efficiency and productivity. Oversee logistics to maximize control of inbound freight.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-10 years in the foodservice or food distribution industry, with supervisory experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
