Organizational Change Management Consultant

They are committed to ensuring a seamless transition that maximizes efficiency and enhances our operational capabilities. To achieve this, they are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead and manage this critical transformation.


The Organizational Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing the change process associated with business transformations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that drive successful adoption and minimize resistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management. Management of large vendor outsourcing or managed services projects is required. ServiceNow experience is a bonus, but not required.


Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the business transformations.

Conduct impact analyses to assess change readiness and identify potential risks and resistance.


Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and end-users, to ensure alignment and support for the change initiatives.

Facilitate communication and build relationships with all levels of the organization to foster a culture of openness and transparency.


Communication and Training:

Design and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transition.

Develop training programs and materials to educate employees on new processes, tools, and systems.


Change Implementation:

Lead and manage the implementation of change management activities, including workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption.


Resistance Management:

Identify and address resistance to change through proactive measures and targeted interventions.

Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them navigate and manage resistance within their teams.


Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve change management processes and methodologies.

Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in organizational change management and business transformations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on business transformations.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.

Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
