Job Overview

We are actively looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to fill a full-time position in our new location in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, the selected individual will spearhead and supervise our project development initiatives. We're in search of an exceptional candidate who embodies positivity, goal orientation, and boasts a solid sales background coupled with experience in construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to think innovatively. This position necessitates a software-savvy professional with a proven aptitude for problem-solving, efficiency, and a have a background in remodeling/ construction.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage project development from conception to completion for residential remodeling projects in the Greenville area.

-Embrace networking opportunities and proactively engage in prospecting local businesses and vendors.

- Utilize Microsoft Office, Matterport and other software tools efficiently for project planning and execution.

- Think outside of the box to develop innovative solutions and strategies for project success.

- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment by incorporating high emotional intelligence into daily interactions, ensuring effective communication.

- Implement time management strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and meet deadlines.

- Possess a base knowledge of the area to navigate and understand local contexts and regulations.

- Consistently meeting deadlines and efficiently prioritizing tasks to help the sales pipeline process.

-Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate current market trends.

 

Qualifications

- 5 years of sales or management experience.

- Background in remodeling/construction, bringing valuable industry insights and hands-on experience to the role.

- Driver's license

-Business-savvy professional with strong networking connections in the local area.

-Training will occur around the Black Mountain, North Carolina, must be willing to commute until training is complete
