Position Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses, local partners, and key stakeholders within their designated territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the alternative lending landscape, and the ability to articulate the value of I Fund Cities' products.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with business owners, community leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IFundCities' alternative lending products and their benefits.
  1. Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of IFundCities' financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral as needed.
  1. Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
  1. Compliance:
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales activities adhere to compliance standards.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or alternative lending industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and alternative financing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
