Job Title: Territory Sales Manager- FL

Position Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses, local partners, and key stakeholders within their designated territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the alternative lending landscape, and the ability to articulate the value of I Fund Cities' products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with business owners, community leaders, and strategic partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IFundCities' alternative lending products and their benefits.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of IFundCities' financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral as needed.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales activities adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or alternative lending industry.
- In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and alternative financing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
