We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FOH supervisor to join our team

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an FOH Supervisor, you will provide support to various departments within the organization and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Preparing and editing documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Conducting research and gathering information as needed
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Providing support to other team members as necessary
  • Providing supervisor support for all locations

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to move throughout the venue during shifts (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hands above shoulders
  • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and a loud/noisy environment

Qualifications:
  • Must be an A Player and endorsed by Management Team, Director of Operations, and Training Department
  • Must have worked within a venue or another Grove Bay restaurant for a minimum of 4 months
  • Prior supervisor experience
  • Multiple language abilities a plus; fluency in English required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a supervisor, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in supervising, order entry, data entry, or proofreading is a plus
Note: This is a non-exempt role, and this position will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labor laws.
