We currently have an exceptional career opportunity for a full-time Food & Beverage Director. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and supervise all aspects of the food and beverage operation. This individual will thrive in a can-do environment, is energetic and passionate about taking us to the next level.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of culinary and beverage trends, exceptional management skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience for our members and guests. This key role will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the clubs overall success and reputation.


We are seeking an innovative leader who can guide our dynamic team and maintain and improve food and beverage service standards with the objective of consistently meeting and exceeding member/guest expectations. In this role you will oversee the management of the bar, banquets, member events and all dining facilities. In addition, the Director is responsible for overseeing employees, inventory and annual budgets.


The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of success in a club atmosphere. The ability to foster a dynamic atmosphere and a rewarding experience for both members and staff, while delivering profitable results, is paramount.


In this key role you will seek out new and innovative ways to meet and respond to the needs and demands of a club’s ever-changing and diverse group of members. Strong organizational and time management skills are a necessity. We are seeking a strategic thinker who excels with passion and forethought, who can identify the details necessary to consistently achieve high levels of quality, satisfaction and outstanding member experiences.


The F&B Director manages the club’s front-of-house operation with a wide lens considering the bigger picture of its business goals. In this role you must have the ability to motivate and inspire others to work cooperatively to achieve these designated goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

5+ years in a previous food and beverage management role.

Degree in hospitality management and/or college degree desired but not necessary.

Knowledge of hospitality POS system application, hardware, software and menu programming.

Experience in multi-faceted Food and Beverage operations.

Progressive experience in a Club, hotel, resort or restaurant.

Private Club experience is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Ability to motivate and train employees in guest services.

Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Certified Food Manager.

Experience in the areas of budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, staff management.

Quality written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure.

Work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.

Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
