A Food Service Associate serves as a vital resource in our fast-paced food and beverage operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers friendly and quality hospitality to every guest.
  • Welcomes guests, takes orders, prepares, and serves food and beverages in line with established standards.
  • Exhibits knowledge of menu items and offerings, including dietary and allergen information.
  • Operates the cash register, processes payments, and accurately provides change to guests when necessary.
  • Prepares food and drinks throughout the day, anticipating and responding to guest volume.
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety, adhering to health department regulations.
  • Follows recipes precisely while upholding food and beverage preparation standards.
  • Completes food and beverage preparation tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  • Restocks and replenishes food, beverages, paper products, and utensils as required.
  • Cleans and sanitizes work areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
  • Adheres to sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
  • Sets up and breaks down events and functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 6 months of prior food and beverage experience
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Capability to work in varying temperatures due to outdoor conditions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and internet usage
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work during non-business hours for events
