Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Training Manager to join our team. This role is open to US Citizens ONLY. This position is onsite in Boise, ID with some telework possible.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing training programs within your designated area, contributing to the overall development and enhancement of organizational capabilities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of training methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement training strategies and programs tailored to meet the specific needs of your area, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions on a variety of topics to diverse audiences, utilizing effective adult learning principles and instructional techniques
  • Motivate, communicate, and instruct/train others on facilitation methods and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leaders across your area to assess training needs, provide guidance, and support their development initiatives
  • Implement new training programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and effective rollout within your area
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance impact and relevance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a consultative approach and effective communication skills
  • Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with an elevated level of autonomy
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to develop and deliver training materials and reports that uphold standards of excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with a proven record of accomplishment in training facilitation and program management
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Leaders and stakeholders to understand and address training needs
  • Demonstrated consultative approach with exceptional communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills to foster productive partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment, managing complex tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create polished and effective training materials and reports
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 40% of the time, as required

Note: Experience gained through military service, membership in a military family, or volunteer work with military families will be considered.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Program Development, Human Development, Relational Leadership, Military Culture, or Program Management, or a related field
  • A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
