Berry Street is a business-in-a-box platform enabling registered dietitians to start and scale private practices that accept health insurance. We provide all of the software needed to run a thriving practice + administrative services like insurance contracting, eligibility verification, customer support, claims billing, and even patient acquisition.

We’re on a mission to fundamentally heal America’s relationship with food. Berry Street empowers registered dietitians to launch and grow in-network private practices. We’re creating game-changing technology to build America’s largest dietitian network and ensure that anyone can access the help they need.

Since launching in January 2023, Berry Street has raised capital from top VCs like Northzone, Village Global, and angel investors like the founders of Spring Health, Grow Therapy, and Tilly.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Head of Practice Enablement to spearhead our partnerships with group practices. While our core business is enabling sole practitioners to work in private practice, we also work with existing group practices to supercharge their operations with our software and insurance capabilities.

In this role, you will entirely own this ancillary but significant revenue line of the business. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of our group practice partners, from generating leads all the way through successfully growing their businesses on our infrastructure.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products for this unique audience. This is ideal for dynamic problem-solvers who thrive in multi-faceted roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Build an outbound acquisition engine to identify high-potential group practices
  • Develop relationships with group practice owners and convert them as partners
  • Orchestrate a high-touch onboarding experience to set them up for success on our platform
  • Support their ongoing operations on our infrastructure with white-glove customer service
  • Conduct customer research and discovery to set our product roadmap for group practice partners
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in nutrition therapy and practice management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in business development, partnerships, or practice management.
  • Prior in outbound/inbound sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or analogous roles.
  • Strong understanding of the digital healthcare landscape and the needs of dietitian practice owners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Passion for empowering healthcare professionals and driving positive outcomes.
