As a Customer Experience Manager with Floor Coverings International, you play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our local franchise. A successful Customer Experience Manager will enable us to write more estimates and support our local marketing efforts.

This position is instrumental to build a 5-star Customer Journey process, starting from customer acquisition, through installation.

Qualifications:
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week
  • 1-3 years of appointment setting or event management experience
  • Guerilla marketing experience
  • Proficient with technology, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Outgoing and energetic personality, Position suits an extrovert well
