Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in resolving product or service inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and technical specifications
  • Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer issues and create strategies for improvement
  • Effectively manage and prioritize customer inquiries and support tickets
  • Ensure customers receive a positive and satisfactory resolution to their concerns
