WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As a Project Manager, you will oversee key customer accounts and manage resource allocation remotely. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, managing communication, resource allocation, and project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule, coordinating with customer accounts to ensure efficient resource deployment.
  • Oversee resource allocation and management, including coordinating device return and documenting project statuses.
  • Implement business process improvements and monitor key performance indicators to optimize project outcomes.
  • Review project documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Provide data analysis and support to senior managers, helping to inform decision-making processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support project success.
