RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to new hire orientation.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Oversee employee benefits, ensuring compliance and smooth communication with providers.
- Support management and staff, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on employment regulations and assist with policy development.
- Identify training needs, organize sessions, and support performance management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist with special projects and work with firm leadership to improve HR practices.
- 3+ years of recent HR experience (legal industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
