**Job Description: Account Manager**

**Summary**:
PACE ROOFING INC is looking to fill an immediate full-time opportunity for a dynamic Repair sales person. We are looking for a results-driven sales/account management professional to actively seek out (prospect) and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Manage pipeline of sales from lead through to completed job.
- Manage pipeline of Accounts Receivable for sold jobs.
- Assist with the production management of each job sold.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in a Sales or Account Management role.
- Pure hunter mentality in regard to prospecting and developing new customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent solution selling skills
- Top level communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and work with mínimal direct supervision
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of CRM’s a plus
- BS/BA degree a plus
- Prior roofing experience/roofing sales a plus

**Reports to**:
Director of Sales, Division VPs and Presidents.

Paid Training:

- Yes

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
