We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and help us continue to spread healthy vibes to our customers.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant juice bar. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional customer service and leadership abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our staff is supported and motivated, and that every customer has an exceptional experience at Vibe Well.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

- Provide strong leadership and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and resolving any issues efficiently

- Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency

- Manage and train staff, ensuring all team members are aligned with Vibe Well’s values and service standards

- Assist with marketing and community engagement initiatives

- Adapt to the needs of a fast-paced environment and be flexible with scheduling, including availability on some weekends

- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating positive experiences for customers

- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible and able to work weekends as needed, however the job allows for autonomy and flexibility in scheduling with AM.

- A positive mindset and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Familiarity with healthy food options and a passion for promoting wellness is a plus
