Job Title: Residential HVAC Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential residential customers for HVAC products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present HVAC solutions tailored to the customer's requirements, including products, installation options, and financing.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
- Quotation and Pricing:
- Prepare and present detailed and accurate quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Follow-Up:
- Follow up with potential customers to address any questions or concerns and move the sales process forward.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale is complete.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate referrals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the company and its services.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
