Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Frontline & Platform Training program as directed by the Consumer Bank training.
- Utilize various Computer Inquiry Systems and sales techniques to efficiently manage customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Engage with customers to identify their banking needs and recommend suitable products, enhancing their overall experience.
- Conduct follow-up communications with new account customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities.
- Participate in branch sales initiatives and campaigns to foster growth in customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for new and existing accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary certifications.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support branch operations.
This role involves regular use of electronic devices and office equipment, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two to five years of relevant experience. Successful completion of the retail training program is mandatory.
