Use Metrea’s capabilities to contribute to the national security community, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR), to help build and grow deep national security expertise. This could range from finding ways for Metrea’s teammates to individually contribute (e.g. mentoring, teaching, etc.) or for Metrea to organizationally contribute (e.g. sponsoring, partnering, hosting). Regardless of the individual detail, this role is responsible for thinking systematically and entrepreneurially about how Metrea can invest in the national security community of which we are a part.
