Industrial Recruiter | Tulsa, OK

Monday - Friday 8-5

Are you an enthusiastic and results-driven recruiter with a passion for connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities in the industrial sector? Join our team at Trinity Employment Specialist as we seek a talented Industrial Recruiter to help us build a workforce that drives success in the manufacturing and industrial landscape.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

· Source, engage, and recruit top-tier candidates for various industrial roles, including but not limited to manufacturing, production, logistics, and engineering.

Partnership Building:

· Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Candidate Assessment:

· Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.

Market Insight:

· Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Process Optimization:

· Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience in industrial recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or related sectors.

· Strong understanding of industrial roles, skill sets, and industry-specific requirements.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
