Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with career opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and aspirations. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent within the healthcare industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including skill requirements, shift preferences, and organizational culture.
- Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages to secure placements that meet the needs of both candidates and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and licensure requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
