As a Warehouse Shipping Team Member, you will play a crucial role in packing our product and maintaining the high standards The Bug Company has set for customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency. This is an opportunity for you to join a passionate team committed to providing exceptional service and support.

Warehouse Shipping Team MemberShift

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ** Wednesdays early start time of 7:30 am

**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**

Warehouse Shipping Team Member Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick orders from inventory based on the daily shipment list.
  • Prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Package products securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Label packages accurately to guarantee they reach the correct destination.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory or packaging to the supervisory staff immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize space and efficiency in the shipping area.
Warehouse Shipping Team Member Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role; experience in production or warehousing preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A commitment to adherence to health and safety standards in the workplace.
