  • Primarily responsible for running the automated equipment that assembles printed circuit boards, including loading programs, loading solder stencils, loading components, and ensuring the machines are properly maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Pull components needed based on information provided in the BOM.
  • Identify and confirm component information.
  • Load and replenish components into the machines as needed.
  • Identify any defects during the assembly process and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Interface with technicians/engineers to reduce defects and optimize runtime.
  • Any other work as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education
  • High school or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-5 years of related machine experience preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic component identification is a plus
  • PCB assembly and soldering experience is a plus
