Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
  • Identify insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and present insurance proposals
  • Conduct presentations and sales meetings to educate clients on available insurance products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous outside sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • A valid insurance license is a plus, but not mandatory (we can help you obtain one).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
