Position Summary
As the Chief Executive Officer of our medical practice, overseeing a clinic, pharmacy, and infusion suites, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the success of our healthcare services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision and growth plan for medical practice, aligning with our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services while fostering a patient-centered approach.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, pharmacy, and infusion suites, ensuring efficient workflows, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with medical staff and managers to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and quality improvement across all service areas, promoting evidence-based practices and continuous learning.
Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, cost control, and profitability analysis, to achieve sustainable growth and fiscal stability.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion, service line development, and strategic partnerships to enhance the scope and reach of our healthcare offerings while meeting the needs of our patient population.
Patient Experience: Champion a culture of patient-centric care and customer service excellence, ensuring that patients receive personalized, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care throughout their healthcare journey.
Pharmacy Operations: Provide strategic oversight for pharmacy operations in collaboration with the Pharmacy Director, including medication management, dispensing practices, regulatory compliance, and inventory control, to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services.
Clinic Management: Work closely with the clinic manager to optimize clinic operations, patient scheduling, provider productivity, and patient flow, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions.
Infusion Services: Provide leadership and oversight for infusion suite operations, including staffing, scheduling, treatment protocols, and quality assurance, to support patients requiring infusion therapy in a comfortable and safe environment.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensure requirements, maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Team Leadership: Working closely with HR to ensure to recruit, develop, and empower a diverse team of healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a multi-specialty medical practice or ambulatory care setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing healthcare dynamics.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
