Role: Facilities and Office Admin

Location: Washington, DC; In-Office Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $32-38/Hour

Our client is seeking a Facilities and Office Admin to join as a key member of their fast-paced office.


Job Responsibilities:

· Help ensure adherence to Company’s policies, including new client intake process.

· Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules

· Oversee the supervision, training, professional development, and management of office professional staff.

· Prepare for and participates in periodic meetings with firm leadership and other office administrators.

· Support office activities, such as client and marketing events, office meetings, and holiday parties.


Requirements:

· Experience in – 4+ years of management experience in an office setting.

· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite and Phone Systems

· Soft SkillsProactive, Creative, Forward-Thinking, Analytical, Excellent Communication Skills, Team-Player

· Education – Bachelors Degree Preferred
