OVERVIEW:


The Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from initial job posting through to candidate placement.

•ATS Management: Utilize our ATS (Paylocity) for posting job openings, tracking candidates, and keeping records current.

•Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.

•Candidate Experience: Maintain a high standard of candidate experience with clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

•Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate decision-making meetings.

•Offer Negotiation: Present job offers to candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

•Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing market research and relationship building.

•Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and success rates of recruiting activities.

•Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.



Requirements:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

•Familiarity with professional networks and social media.

•Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•Willingness to navigate change with a positive attitude.

•Ability to perform under pressure and work as part of a team.

•Ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make decisions independently.

•High degree of dependability.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

•Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and HR management systems.

•Detail-oriented and customer service-focused.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


•None


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:


•Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

•3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industries.

•Prior experience in a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.

•Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system

•The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis

COMPUTER SKILLS:


•To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Excel and Word and are expected to be on the Moderate to Expert level.

•Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Scheduling Assistant.

•Prior experience using Smartsheet is a plus.
