Santa Marta is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Director of Independent Living.


The Director will sell, direct and manage the sales efforts and sales staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to interfacing with all leads and converting those leads into Santa Marta residents; follow lead tracking procedures; maintain current records of all leads and prospects; meet predetermined monthly sales goals; and manage and provide leadership to the sales staff.


Qualified candidates will have two to three years’ managerial experience in a similar position in a senior living community and have proven selling abilities within the industry. Must have strong organizational skills and the desire to lead. Must be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance is preferred. Practicing Catholic in good standing is strongly preferred.
