Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMBS is hiring a Lead Estate Planning Attorney in Dayton, OH. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity. We are currently seeking an experienced Attorney to lead our growing Estate Planning/Probate practice. The ideal candidate will have significant substantive knowledge of probate administration and estate planning, coupled with a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the Estate Planning/Probate practice group.
  • Oversee all aspects of probate administration and estate planning matters.
  • Provide legal guidance and expertise to clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and asset protection.
  • Review and draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings, as necessary.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff within the practice group.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction..
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated substantive knowledge of probate laws and estate planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead a practice group.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
