Support EXP‘s Technical Lead will have a focus on software design and project management, and embody a multifaceted role that spans the breadth of technology and business strategy. Your responsibilities will center around guiding our software development initiatives and managing projects to align with our business objectives. While overseeing our IT infrastructure and teams, your role will significantly lean towards utilizing your technical expertise to architect solutions and your project management skills to ensure these solutions are effectively implemented. This unique position offers the chance to drive significant advancements in our operations, fostering innovation and operational excellence through your leadership in software design and project execution. Below are the key areas you’ll champion: · Manage the daily operations of our IT department, encompassing network administration, system maintenance, and user support, with a role that may range from strategic oversight to direct involvement as needed. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Conduct business analysis activities, such as requirements gathering, authoring technical requirements for iterative development, actively translating stakeholder needs into actionable and detailed technical specifications that guide the agile software development process. · Direct the full software development lifecycle with a hands-on approach to ensure technical specifications meet business needs, from requirements through managing testing and releases. · Drive software projects with agile methodologies to maintain momentum, adapt to changes, and ensure timely delivery through sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. · Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. · Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in both IT management and business analysis, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible roles in system administration, network management, and team leadership. · Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or similar are a plus.
