JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure guests have a positive experience by providing support over the phone and/or in the ticket booth by enforcing departmental standards and policies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Interact courteously with guests in person and/or over the phone
  • Assists guests with booking tickets
  • Answer general garden questions
  • Maintain and enforce basic Dallas Arboretum policies

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Customer handling experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer experience required (Microsoft Office products)
  • Physical ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and seasonal evening hours
