  • Oversee Time & Material billing, ensuring accuracy in job costs, labor/tool rates, and profit margins.
  • Align billings with managerial directives and contractual stipulations.
  • Maintain project data within Vista, managing the entire billing cycle.
  • Keep billing and receivables schedules up-to-date.
  • Facilitate contract routing in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Generate job cost adjustments and support Project Managers with Vista reporting.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of billing experience, preferably in construction.
  • Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Vista software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Committed team contributor with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
