Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, analysis, and implementation. This role involves working on various projects, from initial concept through to production, ensuring that all electrical components and systems meet high-quality standards and performance requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Design and Development:

  - Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams.

  - Design and implement electrical systems for new products and projects.

  - Conduct simulations and analysis to validate designs.

 

Testing and Validation:

  - Perform tests to ensure electrical systems and components meet specifications and safety standards.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in products and systems.

 

Project Management:

  - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, systems engineers, process engineers, and production staff.

 

Documentation:

 - Prepare detailed documentation for electrical designs, including specifications, test procedures, and reports.

  - Maintain and update electrical design records and databases.

 

Compliance and Standards:

  - Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  - Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical engineering technologies and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a similar industry.

  - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium Designer) and electrical design tools.

  - Strong understanding of electrical theory and power distribution.

  - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Requirements:

- Familiarity with power system design for various voltages and applications.

- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainability practices.

- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with ISO, IEEE, and other relevant standards and certifications.

 

Certifications:

  - Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards obtaining it is a plus.
